Synopsis
Clash of the Sky Galleons continues Quint's story within the Edge Chronicles. Quint has left his studies at the Knights Academy to sail with his father, the sky pirate captain Wind Jackal, pursuing Turbot Smeal, the treacherous former quartermaster responsible for the arson attack that killed Quint's mother and brothers. As father and son track Smeal from the taverns and shipbuilders' yards of Undertown into more treacherous territory, Wind Jackal's fixation on catching his quarry begins to cloud his judgment and put his crew at risk. Alongside his companion Maris, Quint confronts unsettling creatures and uncovers troubling truths about the man they are hunting, as the pursuit builds toward an unavoidable clash between rival sky galleons.
