Synopsis
Crystal Gorge continues the Dreamers series as the war against the Vlagh reaches a third front, this time in the domain of the Elder God Dahlaine, forcing the mercenary and Dreamer-led defenders to split their already stretched forces to answer the new assault. The defenders in this volume discover that the Vlagh is exploiting long-standing conflicts among Dhrall's various clans to weaken the defense from within, spreading a poisonous plague alongside its more direct attacks. As in the earlier volumes, the combination of mortal military strategy and the Dreamers' prophetic visions is what the defenders rely on to counter an enemy that seems able to adapt its tactics with each new campaign against Dhrall.
