Synopsis
Dragons of Autumn Twilight opens on the fantasy world of Krynn as a group of companions reunite in the town of Solace after five years apart, during which they separately searched for proof that the old gods still exist. The party includes the half-elf Tanis Half-Elven, the knight Sturm Brightblade, the warrior twins Caramon and Raistlin Majere, the dwarf Flint Fireforge, the kender Tasslehoff Burrfoot, and newcomers Goldmoon and Riverwind, who carries a mysterious blue crystal staff. They find their meeting place occupied by a religious order collaborating with invading, dragon-riding Highlords, and when Goldmoon's staff is revealed to have healing power, the group is forced to flee, pursued by draconian soldiers and undead forces.
