Synopsis
Dragons of Eternity concludes the Dragonlance Destinies trilogy after Destina Rosethorn and her companions, having inadvertently altered history during their journey to the Third Dragon War, return home to find their world transformed by the consequences of their interference. They discover that the evil goddess Takhisis has come to rule the continent of Ansalon in this altered timeline, and that the flow of time itself, described as a great river, is shifting inexorably toward the present in a way that threatens to make the corruption permanent. Tanis Half-Elven travels back through time to reunite with familiar figures, including Sturm, Brother Kairn, and Tasslehoff Burrfoot, as the group works together toward a final, desperate attempt to set the timeline back on its proper course before it is too late.
