Synopsis
In the eleventh book of The Hollows series, the demonic realm known as the ever after is shrinking, threatening the survival of magic itself, and witch-turned-daywalking-demon Rachel Morgan bears responsibility for the ley line rupture that set the collapse in motion. With a powerful soul-eating demon holding several of her loved ones hostage to lure her into the open, Rachel has no choice but to return to the ever after herself. Alongside an unlikely ally, the elven tycoon Trent Kalamack, she sets out to rescue those she cares about and find a way to repair the damage before the demon realm's collapse spills catastrophe into the human world.
