Synopsis
More than a year has passed since Falcon last saw her dragon, Egg. Her mother wants to forget him, and her father does not believe in dragons. Flying home to New York from visiting her father in Australia, Falcon jumps from the plane after her little brother Toody, who has fallen out. A blast of dragon breath carries her down into an enchanted garden on Charles Street, where she meets the eccentric witch Blinda Cholmondely. With the help of the witch, an ancient dragon called Dirus Horribilus, and the dashing Saint George, Falcon sets out to find Toody and to be reunited with Egg, who has attracted people eager to exploit him.
