Synopsis
The story is set in Dublin after the walls between the human and Fae worlds have fallen, a year the book calls 1 AWC, or After the Wall Crash. The city is a war zone. Dani O'Malley, known as Mega, is a teenager who lives by her own rules and wants most of all to stay alive. She can fight the Unseelie thanks to her unusual talents and the Sword of Light, and those same assets make her a target. Her former friend MacKayla Lane wants her dead, the Unseelie princes have put a bounty on her, and an inspector of the police will do anything to take her sword. Meanwhile people are being frozen to death in icy poses, and Dani must work with a ruthless immortal nightclub owner, Ryodan, to learn why.
