Synopsis
After being caught changing into a wolf on national television, Kitty Norville leaves Denver for a mountain cabin to recover from the attention and write her memoirs. Her peace does not last. Cormac, the werewolf hunter, turns up with Ben, her lawyer, who is injured, and a wolf-like creature with glowing red eyes begins to prowl around the cabin. Kitty has to work out what is stalking them while dealing with Ben's condition and with the tangled relationships among the people she trusts.
