Synopsis
The fourth novel in the sequence takes Anton Gorodetsky away from Moscow to Edinburgh, where he is called in to investigate a murder connected to the theft of an artifact from Merlin's grave. The thief is searching for access to a hidden cache said to belong to Merlin himself, one rumored to contain a relic known as the Crown of All Things. Anton's inquiry uncovers a clandestine coalition made up of a Light Other, a Dark Other, and a member of the Inquisition that normally polices both watches, banding together outside official sanction to pursue the artifact, convinced it can restore Others who have been lost.
