Synopsis
The seventh novel of the Phileasson saga follows the captains Asleif Phileasson and Beorn Asgrimmson, who are racing around the continent of Aventuria for the title King of the Seas. Their journey takes them into the Khôm desert, where they must uncover a secret that has lain buried for millennia beneath towering dunes. The novel was written by Bernhard Hennen and Robert Corvus, is set in the world of the role-playing game The Dark Eye, and was published by Heyne in March 2019 as part of the series about the great race between the two rival seafarers. It is the seventh volume of the series, and like the earlier books it follows both captains and their companions through the trials that make up the contest, each of which no seafarer has completed before.
