Overview
Das Schwarze Auge (The Dark Eye) is a German role-playing game whose world, Aventurien, is also the setting of a long line of novels. This entry covers the Phileasson-Saga, a twelve-volume novel series by Bernhard Hennen and Robert Corvus, published by Heyne from 2016 to 2023. It follows a race between Thorwaler captains Asleif Phileasson and Beorn der Blender, a journey across Aventurien that sets a series of tasks in places such as ice wastes, deserts and distant islands. The series is based on the Phileasson campaign for the game, whose chronology begins in 14 Hal (1007 BF). The series is complete. Other Dark Eye novels by other authors are not part of this entry.
