Synopsis
Princess Malinda is the unloved daughter of the unscrupulous King Ambrose. When the king dies suddenly, civil war breaks out, and she must fight for her rightful place on the throne. She can trust only the Blades of the Royal Guard, who are themselves in grave danger, since a Blade's fate is tied to that of the person he protects. The young queen faces a crucial choice that will either save her kingdom or bring ruin on it, her Blades and herself.
