Synopsis

The Battle of the Labyrinth is the fourth novel in Rick Riordan's Percy Jackson & the Olympians series. With Luke Castellan's Titan army preparing an invasion of Camp Half-Blood, Percy Jackson and his friends learn that the ancient, ever-shifting Labyrinth built by the legendary inventor Daedalus stretches beneath the camp itself, offering the Titans a hidden path straight into its heart. To stop them, Percy and his companions venture into the Labyrinth's twisting passages in search of Daedalus, hoping to find him before Luke's forces do and to keep Ariadne's ancient guiding string, which can navigate the maze, out of enemy hands. As they journey deeper underground, encountering old dangers and new allies, the group races against the Titan army's own search party, aware that whoever reaches Daedalus first may determine the outcome of the coming war.

Publication order and internal chronology are tracked as two separate orderings and are never conflated: a book's place in one says nothing about its place in the other.
