Synopsis

The Titan's Curse is the third novel in Rick Riordan's Percy Jackson & the Olympians series. Now fourteen, Percy Jackson joins a rescue mission after fellow demigods Bianca and Nico di Angelo are discovered at a boarding school under threat from monsters, only for the escape to go wrong when the goddess Artemis and Percy's friend Annabeth Chase are both captured while facing a mysterious, terrifying monster during the chaos. With one of their own kidnapped and Artemis's hunters thrown into disarray, Percy and a small band of demigods, aided by Artemis's loyal followers, set out on a perilous journey to track down where Annabeth and Artemis are being held before a rapidly approaching winter solstice deadline forces the Olympian council to act, all while the resurgent Titan lord Kronos continues to manipulate events from the shadows.

Publication order and internal chronology are tracked as two separate orderings and are never conflated: a book's place in one says nothing about its place in the other.
