Synopsis
Six weeks after retrieving a magical sword and settling into his unexpected new life among the einherjar of Hotel Valhalla, Magnus Chase and his friends discover that Thor's hammer has gone missing, just as the giants of Jotunheim prepare to use its absence as an excuse to invade the mortal realm. To prevent catastrophe, the group must track down the missing weapon while also dealing with a forced wedding arrangement meant to buy time, and a vengeful trickster god whose own agenda keeps complicating their search across the Nine Worlds. Magnus finds himself relying more than ever on his diverse and resourceful new circle of allies to keep the looming crisis at bay.
