Synopsis
The third and concluding book of the Deathless Trilogy follows three intertwined storylines as the conflicts of the earlier volumes come to a head. High Lord Vasinidra leads House Sapphire through a period of turmoil as increasingly intelligent monsters emerge from the Wild, threatening the house with outright extinction. Chandni, having taken refuge in the wilderness, faces a decision that will alter the rest of her life, while her two sons are reunited and begin to learn the truth of their shared heritage. Meanwhile Pari Tanzanite sets out on a dangerous search for the source of the magical power that sustains the Deathless dynasties, a search that promises to reveal secrets capable of upending the rules the great houses have lived by for centuries as a new and unfamiliar power draws closer.
