Synopsis

The Hidden Kingdom is the third book in the Wings of Fire series, centered on Glory, one of the five dragonets raised in hiding to fulfill an ancient prophecy. After the dragonets take shelter deep in the rainforest among the reclusive RainWing tribe, Glory, herself a RainWing by hatching but raised apart from her own kind, is struck by how disconnected the RainWings have become from the wider dangers of Pyrrhia. Her unease grows when she learns that RainWings have been mysteriously vanishing from their territory, disappearances the tribe's languid, pleasure-seeking culture seems unwilling or unable to properly investigate. Determined to understand what has happened to her missing kin despite the RainWings' general indifference, Glory begins quietly looking into the disappearances herself, uncovering unsettling details about her adoptive tribe's true circumstances and the dangers still lurking around the dragonets' hiding place.
