Synopsis
Togura Poulaan is a hapless young man who is swept through many adventures in a world at war. The Warguild and the wordsmiths of the title are among the groups he meets, but for all his efforts he achieves very little. The novel is a short, wry counterpoint to the large-scale conflicts seen elsewhere in the series. The novel runs alongside the larger conflicts of the series, and its young hero meets many people but achieves little for all his adventures.
