Synopsis

Cassandra Palmer can see the future and talk to spirits, which makes her attractive to both the dead and the undead. Most ghosts only want to talk, but vampires are a real danger. Three years after she escaped from a vampire mobster who raised her, he comes after her again. Cassie turns to the vampire Senate for protection, but the help is never free. She ends up working with a dangerously seductive master vampire, and the price he asks may be more than she is willing to pay.
