Synopsis
Tower of Dawn, the sixth book in the Throne of Glass series, follows Chaol Westfall, the former Captain of the Guard, whose body was broken during the fall of the glass castle and the slaughter of his men. Alongside Nesryn Faliq, he travels to the southern continent's mighty empire in search of the legendary healers of Torre Cesme in the city of Antica, hoping to recover enough to be of use in the war gathering back home. There he crosses paths with the gifted healer Yrene Towers, even as he works to secure a military alliance with the khagan's court for Aelin's cause. Chaol's diplomatic efforts are complicated by rivalries among the khagan's heirs over whether to commit forces to the northern conflict, and matters grow more dangerous still when a Valg demon emerges within the city itself, threatening the fragile progress he has made.

Notes
- From the series record (Throne of Glass): Tower of Dawn is an interquel running concurrently with events late in Empire of Storms/before Kingdom of Ash, hence internal chronology 5.5 rather than a plain integer, following a companion-volume convention already used elsewhere in this canon.
