Synopsis
Cassiel, a powerful Djinn, is punished for defying her master, Ashan, by being exiled into a human body. Cut off from her own kind, she must regularly draw power from Weather Wardens to survive. Earth Warden Manny Rocha takes her in, and she begins to feel human emotions and vulnerability, including growing feelings for Manny's brother, Luis. As she adjusts to her new life among the Wardens, a malevolent force emerges that threatens the Rocha family, and Cassiel must decide how far she will go to protect them.
