Synopsis
War has come to the dragon sanctuaries of the world, and two of the seven have already fallen. After a humiliating defeat at the hands of Kendra and Seth, Celebrant, King of the Dragons, prepares to unleash his fury and take control of his native preserve, Wyrmroost, once and for all. The brother and sister, co-caretakers of a sanctuary in open revolt, are running out of allies, resources and time; the dragons' strategy is spreading beyond Wyrmroost, and the remaining sanctuaries look increasingly fragile. It will take more than Kendra, Seth and their current allies have ever given to outwit and outmatch the Dragon King, and the second Dragonwatch novel widens the conflict from a single preserve to the whole magical world.
