Overview
The Raven Rings is a completed Norwegian fantasy trilogy by Siri Pettersen, following Hirka, a girl born without the ravenspire mark that everyone else in her world carries, as she is drawn into a conflict between two worlds bound together by an ancient, decaying gate. Originally published in Norwegian as Odinsbarn (2013), Råta (2014), and Evna (2015), it was later translated into English as Odin's Child, The Rot, and The Might (Arctis Books, US) and into 13 languages in total.
The trilogy won three separate Norwegian literary prizes across its three volumes and was the first fantasy novel ever nominated for the Norwegian Booksellers' Prize.
