Overview
The Worldbreaker Saga is set in a world visited every two thousand years by the returning dark star Oma, whose rise grants ordinary people sudden, unstable magical power and tears open the way for invaders from a parallel version of the same world. In the north, the Tai Mora — conquerors who share the faces of the people they are killing — annihilate the frozen nation of Saiduan; the pacifist Dhai, once enslaved by Saiduan and now courted as allies against the invasion, become the trilogy's real battleground. Across blood mages, sentient jungles, and warring courts, an orphan hiding a violent inheritance, an illegitimate ruler holding a fractured nation together, and a general torn between two peoples are pulled toward a final reckoning over which version of the world survives.
