Synopsis
Blood Trail continues the Blood Books series, following Vicki Nelson and Henry Fitzroy as a new investigation draws them out of Toronto and into a case involving werewolves, a supernatural community whose existence Vicki had not previously encountered in her work as a private investigator. As Vicki applies her detective instincts to a world governed by different rules and dangers than the human crimes she is used to, her partnership with Henry, an immortal vampire with his own complicated history, continues to deepen even as the werewolf case tests both of their abilities to navigate a threat neither fully understands at the outset.
