Synopsis
Havald, the angel of death, faces an enemy who wants to destroy the seven kingdoms from Thalak. At the Fortress of the Titans, a contest is to decide who receives the Crown of Oblivion and with it leadership of the barbarians of the Ostmark. Until it is held, a truce applies. Meanwhile the Necromancer Emperor digs up an ancient artefact, and Havald's allies are put in danger. The last opponent in the contest threatens him with serious trouble, and a dark side of his own soul begins to stir.
