Synopsis
Waylander, now a wealthy old man who has spent years trying to leave his violent past behind him, seeks a peaceful retirement and some measure of atonement for the crimes of his youth as a hired killer. When enemies drawn from both his distant history and his more recent affairs rise up to threaten the quiet life he has built, he is forced to take up his weapons once more, however reluctantly, and to gather a small band of allies willing to face the dangers now arrayed against him. The renewed violence tests whether the man he has become can truly outrun the reputation that still follows him everywhere he goes.
