Synopsis
Lia de Croissets, a half-werewolf instructor in the War Mage Corps, is training new recruits during a supernatural war. Enemies are spiking street drugs with a potent narcotic called Punch, or fey wine, imported from Faerie. This version awakens dangerous abilities that were bred out of the magical population long ago, and someone is turning ordinary people into monsters. Stretched too thin to fight on two fronts, the Corps assigns Lia a class of disaffected magical outlaws, the only people who might stop the threat.
