Synopsis
Eric Banyon, known as Bedlam's Bard, is about to graduate from Juilliard and start a professional life. With the help of a psychiatrist who works with magicians, he is coming to terms with his past. A sudden trip home to Boston to see his parents brings more trouble than he expects. Meanwhile his apprentice Hosea finds a second problem in New York, where homeless children in the shelters have invented a demon called Bloody Mary who preys on the young. The demon has taken on a life of her own, is hunting through the city, and is also after Eric.
