Synopsis

Myth-ing Persons is the fifth novel in the Myth Adventures series, again following the apprentice magician Skeeve and his mentor Aahz. The story centers on a job in which the pair are asked to help recover restitution from a group of con artists, a seemingly straightforward assignment that Skeeve and Aahz take on without first confirming exactly how much money is actually involved. That oversight steadily complicates what should have been a minor errand, pulling the two dimension-hopping partners into a more dangerous and convoluted adventure than either anticipated, in keeping with the series' pattern of turning small jobs into elaborate schemes.

Publication order and internal chronology are tracked as two separate orderings and are never conflated: a book's place in one says nothing about its place in the other.
