Synopsis
The alliance of young rulers has survived the enchantment of Siamis, but it is now under strain. Siamis has become a renegade hunted by both sides, and the Norsundrian commander Detlev is seen far more often than before. The young allies cannot agree on what a reformed alliance should look like. Then a series of murders reveals that the alliance has been infiltrated by a mirror alliance of Norsundrian boys trained by Detlev, and a deadly game of stalking begins in which the hunters and the hunted keep trading places. The book is the third volume of Rise of the Alliance.
