Overview
Brooklyn Brujas follows the Mortiz family, brujas (witches) descended from Ecuadorian magic-practicing ancestors, living in modern Brooklyn. Each of the trilogy's three novels is narrated by a different sister as she discovers and comes into her own power, drawing directly on the author's own Ecuadorian heritage and Latin American brujeria tradition.
