Overview

Grimpow is a Spanish young-adult historical-fantasy duology by Rafael Ábalos. In the winter of 1313, a peasant boy finds a dead man's amulet in the snowy mountains and is drawn into a Templar-adjacent conspiracy spanning medieval Europe involving the Philosopher's Stone. Originally published by Montena/Random House in Spanish as Grimpow, el camino invisible (2005) and Grimpow y la bruja de la estirpe (2009); translated into English, Dutch, and other languages, and named Youth Book of the Year in the Netherlands (2007).
